Returns - Goods returned will be accepted, entirely at CateringXpress Companies discretion, and must be received within 5 days of delivery to you, provided they are returned totally unused in perfect condition (goods & packaging) and in their original packing. You must contact us for authorisation number to return goods on our Returns line on 0871 226 1086. Any goods that have been delivered damaged must be reported within 24hrs of delivery time, out side this time we cannot process any claims to the couriers. Any goods returned without authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your own cost. CateringXpress Company reserve the right to charge an adminstration restocking fee on all returns up to the value of 30% of the original selling price. We do not refund any delivery charges.
CateringXpress Company will only collect goods from you if they are defective and must be inspected at our service centre, normally defective goods will be inspected and returned to you within approx 7 working days (either replaced or defect fixed). Goods that have been embroidered and goods that have been engraved cannot be returned unless faulty or defective. Special order Glassware and Crockery are exempt from being returned if the are non defective items as the manufacturer refuses to deal with returns that are not manufacturing defects, please do not ask to return these such items as we cannot accept any returns of this kind. A credit note will be issued where requested for any returned items minus any of the restocking charges.
